To ensure that Clients are receiving consistent, timely, and high-quality services, Go Home Ease will implement a tracking and rotation system for Service Providers. The following policies apply:

- Client Transparency: Clients will be able to see the location of the Service Provider in real-time via the platform to track their arrival and service progress. This will ensure transparency and help clients prepare for the scheduled service.
2. Service Provider Rotation:
- Fair Distribution of Jobs: Service Providers will be rotated on the platform to ensure fair access to service requests and prevent overwork of any individual Provider. This system ensures that no single Service Provider is overwhelmed with requests and that each Provider has equal access to available bookings.
- Tracking Workloads: Go Home Ease will monitor the number of services each Provider has performed, adjusting the rotation system as needed to ensure equal distribution of work and maintain high service quality.
- Rotation Adjustments: In some cases, Providers may be given priority in specific areas or for certain types of services based on their qualifications, experience, and historical performance. However, this will always be balanced to maintain fairness and prevent burnout.
